					<description>Thanks for the documentation for installing IT++ on Mac OS X. I actually installed the library using lapack, blas, and fftw before I saw this post, but this will be helpful for future reference. I also ended up creating an Xcode project for building IT++ programs.</description>

I have found that IT++ provides a great C++ library for matrix and vector aritmetic.  Many of the communication algorithms, however, are kind of clunky and except for basic convolutional coding I've implemented most of these algorithms myself in C++.</description>
